Oceans of Faith

Religious principles are frequently brought to bear on social issues, legislation, and acts of governance that impact us all. This situation often applies to environmental issues with opposition to the EPA, the clean water act, and climate change legislation, alternative energy, endangered species protection, national ocean policy, and more.

In this episode of WOR, Peter Neill explores religious beliefs with regard to water, climate, and oceans based on quotations from the Religious Partnership for the Environment (U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, the National Council of Churches, The Coalition on the Environment and Jewish Life, and the Evangelical Environmental Network.)
