An Ocean Irony

In this episode of World Ocean Radio, host Peter Neill will discuss the stark juxtaposition of two ocean stories, extreme in their differences, linked in unexpected, oppositional ways. The first example is a race for the world's first underwater luxury hotel; the second is a story of floating schools in Bangladesh serving 70,000 children affected by their changing, watery environment.
